Let me be real clear, though, in order to make any beneficial gains in fat loss and muscle increase, you have to adhere to a more positive lifestyle, and start eating and working out like an athlete. Reality Check #2 - It took several years for you to get soft-looking and flabby...it is going to take some time, and focused effort to become more hard and muscular. Forget that fast-fat-loss crap that supposedly gets you ripped in three weeks. It is not reality (well..unless you are taking massive doses of steroids.) You need to think in terms of months, at the beginning.

Dedicating six months to integrate new eating habits and get your body strong enough to finish an interval workout is about right. If you try to cut corners with supplements, or backslide into toxic habits, you will never get off Square 1.

These movements require at least two joints and innervate the largest muscles in your body. You will change workouts frequently. You will NOT mess around with iPods or cell phones. You will workout like an athlete.
